MONDAYS 9.15 Fitness (Aerobics) + Toning, 10.30 General Level Pilates, 11.45 Chair-based Pilates - Devoran Village Hall - 9th April to 23rd July except 7th and 28th May - 14 weeks

MONDAYS   3.45pm Chair-based Pilates + 4.30pm Pilates - Mylor Tremayne Hall
Spring term for these classes ends 30th April (NB no class on Easter Monday)
Summer Term 11 June to 30th July - 8 weeks

TUESDAYS 9.15 Int/Adv Pilates, 10.30 Easygoing Pilates - Playing Place
Spring Term ends 8th May for these classes
Summer term dates 12th June to 21st August - 11 weeks

WEDS  2.00 Ladies' Pilates, 3.15 Men's Pilates - The Perranwell Centre (previously known as Perranwell Village Hall) - 4th April to 11th July except 30th May - 11 weeks

THURSDAYS 9.05 Quick Fitness, 10.00 Pilates, 11.15 Easybeat - Mat Free Class

£2.50 OFF EACH ONE IF YOU JOIN MORE THAN ONE FOR THE TERM

PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT ALL THE HALLS + THERE ARE BUS STOPS BY MOST OF THEM AS WELL, but if getting there isn't always easy, you may well find other people attending the class who will be happy to lift-share with you
