All 1 hour classes £4 drop in to existing clients, free for any catch ups from summer term or £6 for one-off drop ins:-

Thursday mornings, Tremayne Hall, Mylor Bridge until 16th August

9.05 Quick Fitness with HIIT
10.00 Intermediate/Advanced Pilates
11.15 Easybeat (£4 drop in - 45 minute class)

From September 2018, Rhiannon will be taking an extended break to go travelling, returning to the UK in Spring 2019

Rest assured that classes will continue though!

Monday afternoons in Mylor will be run by Gill Sadler, owner of Embrace Dance Fitness with an expanded timetable:-
3.15 Seats and Beats chair based fitness, toning, stretching and FUN
3.50 Easybeat Fitness, mat-free easy, dance-flavoured aerobics plus tone + stretch
4.45 Stretch + Tone, mind and body focus for longer, leaner muscles and total well-being

Tuesday morning Pilates in Playing Place will be run by Jenn Spafford, experienced Pilates teacher, part of the Embrace Dance Fitness Team of Instructors
9.15 Intermediate/Advanced
10.30 Easygoing/Beginner Friendly

Thursday mornings in Mylor will be run by Sammy Jo and Jenn Spafford, through Embrace Dance Fitness
9.05 Quick Fitness - higher intensity cardio toning plus stretches to finish and leave you BUZZING!
10.00 Pilates Intermediate/Advanced group
11.15 Easybeat Fitness, mat free easy, dance-flavoured aerobics plus tone + stretch

PARKING IS AVAILABLE AT ALL THE HALLS + THERE ARE BUS STOPS BY MOST OF THEM AS WELL, but if getting there isn't always easy, you may well find other people attending the class who will be happy to lift-share with you
